Please inform Samann Grand of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cancellation/ prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.

Child & Extra Person policies

Children & Extra Person Policy:

  • Children under 1.99 years old – Free of Charge for using baby cot.
  • Child (2-6 years): $50 (includes extra bed, Wi-Fi, Airport transfer, breakfast).
  • Child (6-11 years): $60 (includes extra bed, Wi-Fi, Airport transfer, breakfast).
  • Child 12 years and above will be treated as adults. Adult charges will be applied
  • Adult $90 include extra bed & Wi-Fi, transfer, breakfast.

 

All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.

Please do note that one extra bed can Only be placed in Executive suite with balcony or Samann Suite with Balcony room.
